Official rules

Full rules will be published before the tournament opens.

• Entrants must be 18 or older.
• The $2,000 Push-Up Blitz runs for 48 hours. Each $5 ticket gives one 60-second attempt. Once you start, the ticket is used, even if you stop early.
• Tournament attempts are recorded on video and stored privately. Referees review the video of top scores before prizes are paid. Ranked and friend battles are never recorded.
• Your best reviewed score counts. Buying more tickets gives more chances.
• A rep counts only when the elbow reaches about 90° with a straight body line. Flagged reps may be reviewed.
